Are you in a comfort zone?

Hey there amazing friend!

If you have a positive worldview, I imagine you’ve created a world that you enjoy.

Sometimes we bump up against one another. And I think that's a good thing. I think it’s for us to look at ourselves. Is your way the right way, or just right for you? Comfort is nice, but it’s stagnant.

Life is about movement, change, flowing like nature. I often question my beliefs. Are they still serving me, and most important to me now is, how are they serving others?

Do you lean into the edge of discomfort? Even before you do, what comes up for you? Fear of the unknown, fear of being seen, fear of being uncomfortable?

* Lifting weights was uncomfortable at first. Then I got strong and my body toned up. When it becomes comfortable, it might be time to increase the weight (if I want more changes and benefits of course).

* Maybe you've been with the same partner for a while. Have things become a bit lack lustre? Switch things up. Sleep in the spare room together. Ask each other questions you've never asked before (Google: date night questions to ask my partner). Share a secret you've both never told anyone else. Try a new cuisine you've never tried. Do something together you've both never done.

I don’t want to say living easy is bad. I stand for easy and fun livin’! But if I’m not growing (leaning into places of discomfort) I’ve noticed the meaning of my life gets dimmed.

Growing (doing things differently) aliven’s me. It creates interesting conversations and connects me more to others who I realize are not that different from me, although each of us are unique. It reminds me of my internal power. Like, ya, I did that! So it also helps grow my confidence.

Allow things to change. Sometimes things fall away slowly or crumble quickly. It can be uncomfortable. But think about your best transformations or deepest moments, and I’d bet a tough circumstance preceded it.

Allow your discomfort in your area to blossom into the next stage of your evolution.

I see you and trust everything is working out for you.

All my love,
Kristi 💛

I am an energetic gal who is captivated by the human condition. I believe in exploring all life experiences to learn and grow. Throughout my 20+ years of studying and learning to love and accept myself - no matter what, I have come to realize that there is no ‘right’ path or way to experience life, other than head on, with accountability, a sense of humor and lightness, and a knowing that only I can create my own reality. And this is true for everyone. You create your own reality. Let me help you get to yours!
