Will you rise up?

I rise up to allow myself to be all that I was meant for and to follow the inner voice directing my callings. Then I can put my arms around those who want the same thing. So we can feel connected - to ourselves and to each other. That’s a world in which heaven is here on earth. 

The world of ‘I’ and competition is an old paradigm. We need to evolve to a world that is moving forward no matter what. The question is, will it destroy us or will we grow with and for it?

Can you feel the shift? Can you feel the choice we all have to make between love and fear? It’s an individual choice that affects the masses. Who and what you choose is critical today. 

I challenge you to rise up and do your part to acknowledge your humanness. Empower yourself to act with love. Step out, step up. Sing your song and hold out your hand to another. Love is at the core of everything. That’s a big vague word, so take what it means to you and make it bigger. 

I believe love is living from your truth. I know it’s scary, but try to step into it. This is about being vulnerable. 

Tell someone today how and why you appreciate them. You think it, now vocalize it. 

Apologize to someone for not being able to speak your truth earlier. And then do it. Share your heart and allow someone to see the real you. 

Give someone a hug and stay in it a little longer than normal. 

This love is inside all of us. 

And it’s free to give.
