3 kinds of business

Hello beloved friend!

This one is really simple and short for you today! We just decided to go open up the cabin tomorrow so here it is!

Whatever might be adding stress to your life, do what Byron Katie asked me to do. Be aware there are only 3 kinds of business. 

YOUR business
THEIR business
GOD’S business (universe, source, divine) whatever word, but you know the one. 

This has helped me so much! It reminds us what we can control and what we can’t. Most things we can’t control, even though we’d like to. 

This obviously won’t apply to raising young children as you kind of are their god and their business is your business. But try it on for everything else! 

That’s it! When changing our ways to live a better life, these easy reminders help to keep things simpler and therefore can be applied with no confusion. 

It kind of goes with that saying, “Stay in your own lane.” Why? It’s much less stressful!

Another saying that comes to mind: 

"Grant me the Serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
the Courage to change the things I can,
and the Wisdom to know the difference."
