A variation to 'less is more'

Well hello there!

This inSight was inspired by a client session last week. We discussed what he wanted less of, hence what he wanted more of.

What do you want less of?

Then it’s easy to see what you want more of. This will provide you with the clarity of what you can work towards.

Here are some examples to get your juices flowing!

  • Less conflict, more peace

  • Less clutter, more calm

  • Less debt, more freedom

  • Less negativity, more positivity

  • Less unhealthy choices, more healthy choices

  • Less exhaustion, more vitality

  • Less stress, more joy

  • Less laziness, more effort

  • Less alcohol, more energy

  • Less confusion, more clarity

  • Less fighting, more sex

  • Less social media, more time

  • Less eating, more exercise

  • Less critical, more acceptance

  • Less fear, more love

  • Less loneliness, more connection

  • Less eating out, more cooking

  • Less spending, more saving

  • Less disconnection, more communication

Of course, there is one more step. There is a reason you are spending too much, drinking too much, arguing, stressed, critical or lonely.

What’s the root cause? (No blaming anyone)! What’s really going on? You know what you want more of, so why are you settling for less than you are capable of?

I would take this part very personally. This is the part you do have control over. And is the hardest to change. But you can. I believe in you.

We all need help. And I’m here if you need some.

Notice what you complain to others about. That’s a great indication of where you lose your power. Then commit to yourself - with consistency and grit!!

Always in your corner,
K 💛
